PSA Goal: The objective would be for the young filmmaker to tell a story of their choice in a creative, educational and fun way in 60seconds or less that deals with faith or family issues. 

There is no  prerequisite on format or delivery of the PSA. i.e. shot on a cell  phone, DSLR camera, etc or editing program.  

There will be 3 nominations  and 1 winner.  Mentorship will be available on an ongoing basis through CIFF by email correspondence. Free waiver code via Film Freeway.  CIFFPSA
